Celena is an experienced nurse qualified to practice in psychiatry. She has been successfully treating children, adolescents and adults with mental health issues for many years. Some of her specialties include treating depression, sleep disorders, self-harm, psychosis, mood, trauma and anxiety. 

Her style of practice focuses on collaborative and evidence-based care. She believes in the mind, body & spiritual connection to form a therapeutic relationship with each individual and work together as a team to formulate the best treatment plan. 

Celena’s passion has always been to educate, empower and support each patient to enhance their quality of life while living with a mental health disorder.
